At Educate Every Mind, we offer a variety of assessments tailored to each student's unique needs, as well as parent/guardian concerns. All assessments include a review of records, written report, and a parent feedback meeting, which includes recommendations based on your child's assessment.

ESTIMATED COST

Assessment prices range based on complexity; ranging from $1,500-$6,000.

A written estimate will be provided to guardians in advance of initiating services.

A 50% payment will be collected after the initial intake call and the remainder of the assessment fee must be collected prior to the assessment report being released.

Comprehensive Psycho-educational Evaluation

This assessment is ideal when you have concerns with your child's educational growth and want to better understand their learning strengths and weaknesses. Comprehensive evaluations assess cognitive abilities, processing abilities, academic achievement, and social-emotional/behavioral functioning. Reports integrate all data to help you better understand how to support your child as a whole.

Specific Learning Disability Evaluation

This assessment is best if you are looking to understand your child’s learning strengths and weaknesses or if you suspect your child has a learning disability. We assess for learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, as well as other disabilities that may be impacting your child. This assessment includes a review of records, cognitive assessments, academic achievement, and processing assessments.

Social-Emotional/ Behavioral Evaluation

This assessment is best if you suspect your child has Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder, Autism, or struggles with another mental health condition and are looking to better understand how to support them. For this assessment, it is best if you do not have concerns with your child’s academic levels, or this area has been previously assessed. This assessment includes a review of records, cognitive assessments, and processing assessments, and social-emotional assessments.

Cognitive/ IQ Testing Only

This assessment is best if you are just looking to better understand your child’ cognitive strengths or if you are wondering if your child is gifted. This assessment includes a review of records and a complete cognitive assessment.
